Making your Payment

We currently accept all major credit cards except American Express, Cheques with bankers card made payable to “Action Bikes” . Interest free credit is available in store on full price bikes over £300. The price of goods shown on the website is subject to change. In the event of an error in pricing we will endeavour to rectify it as soon as possible and contact you to discuss whether you wish to continue the transaction at the correct price.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping is available on all parts and accessories to UK addresses only. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Carriage is provided as a service and therefore is non-refundable in the event of a return. Bicycles are available in store only.

Back Orders

If the item you require is not in stock we will happily order for you, a deposit will be required, 50% for accessories or 20% for bikes, in the unlikely event that we are unable to obtain the product you require within a reasonable time you may cancel the order and your deposit will be returned, in all other situations deposits are non-refundable.

Returns

Carriage costs cannot be refunded, any returns must be received within 14 days of delivery, all returns should be sent insured and guaranteed as goods are the customer’s responsibility until they are received by us, and proof of postage is not proof of delivery
